Xwind 200 Crosswind Landing Simulator

The big challenge in a crosswind landing is the few seconds before and during touchdown. The Xwind simulator expands this time period so that you get hours of practice instead of seconds.

You will not sit and stare at a computer screen. You will strap into a cockpit and powerful motors for roll, yaw, and drift will respond to your flight controls to fully replicate how it looks and feels to land in a crosswind.

You learn to assertively use the rudder pedals and yoke to maneuver the cockpit with confidence in gusty turbulent winds from all directions.

Xwind also strengthens your peripheral visual skills so that you better recognize alignment, bank angle, and lateral position over the centerline.

The muscle memory skill gained by reacting to gusty turbulence will translate directly to skill and confidence on your very next crosswind landing in the airplane.

With Xwind, you will master the crosswind landing without risking an accident. Each element of the crosswind problem can be reviewed over and over by pausing and discussing the forces at play.

You will love what you learn!

The training is beneficial for pilots of all ages and experience.
